If the "clicker" actually looks through the advertiser's site then it does not seem like anything is amiss.  But, how many people click ads instead of making donations (for sites that provide donation buttons, of course)?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I once saw ads newly installed on the forum for a CMS.
